Questions we actually get asked
Do I need a hub?
For Aqara Zigbee devices, yes. One hub runs an entire home and everything talks to it locally, so your lights still work when the internet is down. Tapo Wi-Fi devices such as cameras, plugs and vacuums do not need a hub. If you are unsure, send us your device list and we will tell you exactly what you need.
Will these work with Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home?
Most do. Aqara hubs bridge to Alexa, Google Home and Apple Home, and many newer devices support Matter. Individual product pages state the compatibility. Ask us before you buy if a specific voice assistant matters to you.
Can you install what I order?
Yes, across Coimbatore, the rest of Tamil Nadu, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Installation is quoted separately from the product because it depends on your wiring, wall type and how many points you want. Tell us what you have ordered and we will quote it honestly.
Do your switches need a neutral wire?
We stock both. Most Indian homes wired in the last decade have a neutral at the switch box; older homes often do not. If you are not sure, send us a photo of your open switch board and we will tell you which version to buy.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day usually ship the same day. Delivery is typically 2 to 5 working days across India, and free on orders above Rs 2,000.
What if a product arrives faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours and we replace it. No diagnostic fee, no argument. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days.
