Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Onwords Automation, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep prices, specifications and stock accurate, but we reserve the right to correct an error and to cancel and fully refund an order priced or listed incorrectly.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or the order appears fraudulent.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's India warranty. Onwords will file and follow up the warranty claim on your behalf rather than sending you to a call centre. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress, power surges, or damage caused by incorrect installation by a third party.

Installation

Installation is a separate service and is quoted separately. Products are supplied on their own unless installation is explicitly included in your order.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
