Returns and refunds

We want you to keep what you buy because it works, not because you are stuck with it.

7-day return window

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Tell us on WhatsApp or email first so we can arrange the pickup.

What we cannot take back

Products that have been installed, wired in, or fitted to a wall, door or curtain track
Products with physical damage, missing parts or missing packaging
Products bought as part of a custom installation quotation, which are covered by that project's terms instead

Dead on arrival

If a product does not power on or is faulty out of the box, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. No diagnostic fee, no argument.

Refund timing

Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Bank processing time is outside our control.
