Where we ship

We ship across India.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day.

Delivery time

Typically 2 to 5 working days depending on your pincode. Coimbatore, Bengaluru and Hyderabad are usually faster because we often deliver those ourselves.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above Rs 2,000. Below that, a flat Rs 99 applies.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Damaged in transit

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and tell us within 48 hours. We will replace the item.

Installation visits

Installation is scheduled separately after delivery. Our coordinator will call you to fix a slot.
